| At TITAN, we advertise your open in the newspaper. We also may advertise in the Harman Homes magazine or other such magazines as timhtios apply. |

| Direct Mailers |
| When we list your house for sale we take the time to send out mailers to your area of about 300 homes to inform them of our new listing. This provides further exposure for your house and allows neighbors the option to inform friends or relatives they may have about your house in case they wish to move in the area. |

| Our bright red sign attracts potential buyers. Also makes it easier to locate for brokers who are planing to show it and for buyers coming for the open house. |

| Sunday Open House |
| If permitted, we try to hold the prpen on Sundays for open house; especially for the first two or three weeks. We also offer beverages and sweets in our open houses. We also may have two agents on every open house. Alternativelly, if you like, we also allow you to hold the house open. |

| The Supra lockbox allowRealtors to show your house at anytime that it is t for their potential buyers and themselves. The lockbox is a rugged metal casing with soft rubber exterior that holds the keys to your house. In order for someone to release the key he needs to be a broker and own a Supra key with a unique code. The lockbox increases marketability because if a broker is to chose between two similar houses, one with lockbox and one that requires an appointment, obviously any broker would rather show the one with the lockbox. Clearly the lockbox allows both buyers and their brokers more freedom and flexibility. The Supra keysafe records the time, date, and name of every broker who is using the system. |
