| The TITAN motto is "Real Estate is not a business but a way of life" |

| The TITAN shall be engaged, but not limited, to the following Real Estate activities: |
| Sales and Purchase of Real property |
| Leases and management of real property |
| Industrial and commercial development of Real Property |
| Remodeling, Reconditioning and Rehabilitation of Real Property |
| Development of vacant land |
| Mortgage Brokerage |
| |
| ALL TITAN AGENTS WILL OPERATE FROM A HOME OFFICE |
| |
| The TITAN agents commission split shall be set as follows: |
| First sale 80% |
| Second to sixth sale 85% |
| Seven or more transactions 90% |
| Currently there are no franchise "off the top" fees. Agents must achieve at least one sale a year to maintain their license with TITAN HQ or pay a $195 license maintenance fee. The commission-split schedule shall be reset every January first. An agent who has achieved an 85% or 90% the previous year will not restart at 80% but rather at 85%. |
